For us it was surprizing to see such a beautifull place. The rooms are very comfortable. For us it was perfect to have the golf course nearby. Definitely value for money.

We have made a 3week trip round SA, but the best breakfast ever was in Fish Eagle Lodge. Great buffet, everything fresh made, nothing was missing.The owners were very friendly and helpfull. The rooms are super clean and large, garden like a paradise.. you can see a lot of small birds comming.

Stayed there for a night out of the season though. But an amazing place, great rooms and great view from the rooms. Rooms were cosy with a place for fire too. Owners were very helpful. Breakfast was good too. Recommend this place for couples and families too.
"Amazing place and poeple"
We haven't stayed here for a while but stayed here many times when we lived in Cape Town. The whole team are wonderful people and the atmosphere is so calm and welcoming. We followed a lucky signpost one day, arrived unannounced and were welcomed so warmly. We have taken friends here over the years and they have all loved it. Thank you Jana & Steffen. Hope to go back one day again.
"Enjoyable stay"
Myself and 2 friends stayed here for 2 nights on a tour we were doing down the coast, with our Harley´s. The staff were very welcoming, helped us with our luggage and ensured we had everything we might need. Rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. Decor was a bit dated but this added to the homely, quaint atmosphere of the place. The breakfast the next morning was great with a selection of continental and the option of a freshly made cooked breakfast available. All things considered I would recommend a stay here.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were treated like royalty! We were welcomed warmly with champagne and were told of all the best restaurants and tourists attractions to visit during our holiday. Our chalet was right by the pool with beautiful views of the lagoon. Couldn't fault the room which was very clean with a super comfortable bed, the shower also was decent enough with good pressure. When leaving we were treated to an amazing breakfast on the deck overlooking the garden & the lagoon. I would recommend Fish Eagle to both couples and families. I know we will definitely be returning! Thank you for being such wonderful hosts!

Hello Jana and Steffen! In behalf of my family and myself, I would like to kindly thank you for the awesome stay at the Fish and Eagle Lodge. We had such a GREAT time there. Every single corner of the lodge is beautiful and you both made us feel like home. We believe that our most special day of the entire trip was the braai family under the full moon.
